We are looking to recruit smart and friendly couples who can communicate well to promote business growth and profitability. The role involves the day-to-day running and development of a licensed pub, which focuses strongly on good quality food, as well as En-suite accommodation. You will be expected to draw in a widespread customer base, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that appeals to all members of the community. This is a great opportunity for a high calibre manager who has experience of managing a busy licensed public house, with experience of a quality high volume food offer. The role really does offer the successful applicants the opportunity to manage their own business.
You will be directly responsible for:
- Staff management and development
- Achieving targets set by the Area Manager, ensuring that maximum profitability is achieved
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Merchandising the bar and the front of house area
- Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to

- Previous bar management experience not always essential but preferred
